Professional Achievements
Pradip commenced his insurance journey with New India Assurance Company, one of India’s largest public sector organizations, serving as a Class ‘A’ officer. Over the past 33 years, he has contributed to various National and International insurance firms, including General Accident (GA), Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA), Al Khazana, among others, in India, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. In 2002, he co-founded EIIB and has since held the position of Managing Director, guiding the company with his vision.

Pradip’s zest for life extends far beyond the boardroom. He is a passionate traveler and mountaineer driven by an insatiable curiosity to explore the world’s most far-flung and challenging terrains. His adventurous spirit has seen him embark on thrilling journeys, including mountaineering expeditions to some of the world’s highest summits.
